EAA is offering a 2 course Supervisor Training, facilitated by retired city employees and modeled after the city’s Supervisory School. There will be two sessions. Session one on April 2, 2026 at 6:00 PM will cover basic concepts, effective communication / motivation and handling challenging situations. Part two on April 9, 2026 at 6:00 PM will cover evaluations and discipline.
