Elections

The Engineers & Architects Association (EAA) By-Laws establish the rules that govern the organization’s structure, operations, and elections. In accordance with EAA Bylaw IX, amendments may be proposed to ensure the By-Laws continue to reflect the will and needs of the membership. The adoption of any amendment(s) shall require an affirmative vote of the majority of votes cast by the dues paying members. Voting shall be conducted according to the procedures established by the Board-approved Election Manual.

 

In accordance with the EAA Constitution and By-Law IX, a special election was held on 04/06/2026 to 04/10/2026 to vote on a proposed amendment to EAA Bylaw II(3). Scroll down to the Election Announcement for details on the amendment. The unofficial election results are as follows:

ELECTION PROTESTS:​

 

The Election Committee will consider protests submitted per the procedures outlined in the Election Manual Chapter III, Section 2 Election Protest & Ballot Review Procedures. Protests to this election MUST be received by 5:00 PM on April 12, 2026, at electioncommittee@eaaunion.org.
