EAA and the City have reached a Tentative Agreement (TA). The prior 2021 TA enabled the parties to request to meet and confer on salaries in early 2022, and EAA and the City have reached a TA that is now being put to the members for a ratification vote.
The Executive Director and Board President will host an Informational Meeting/Q&A on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 6:00 PM to answer questions on the TA between EAA and the City. You will need to register in advance.

Information Meeting/Q&A re TA
**You must register by 12PM on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, to attend.**
In accordance with the EAA Constitution and By-Laws, a ratification election will be held. Ballots will ask for a single yes or no vote. Voting will open at 8AM on April 13, 2022 and close at 12PM on April 18, 2022. To be eligible to vote, members must be dues-paying members, in good standing, or have submitted a Membership Signup Form by 12PM on April 11, 2022.

This election will be conducted 100% electronically, by a third-party vendor, Election Buddy. You will receive an email with a unique link assigned only to you. Only you can use the link sent to you. Click on the link to access the voting platform at which time you will need to confirm your Employee Identification (EID) number. You will have a final opportunity to review the terms of the TA before casting your vote.
